Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is superbly located, making it convenient to access various attractions and great restaurants. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. The service is top-notch, with helpful staff providing valuable assistance. However, the dining experience, while good, falls slightly short of exceptional. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel, right off Trafalgar Square, perfect for exploring the theater district and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and elegant, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day. The service was exceptional, with a personal touch that made my visit truly memorable. Dining options were varied, though pricing could be more family-friendly. The central location and top-notch service truly make this hotel a gem in the heart of London.
Staying at this hotel was truly a mix of great experiences. The rooms were nicely furnished, extremely clean, and felt comfortable, though it did take a while to warm up if the heating was on. The service was fantastic, with extremely helpful and friendly staff who were very accommodating and always looking after us. The location was superb, with easy access to various attractions and great restaurants nearby. The dining options were expansive and delicious, but a bit limited for those with certain dietary restrictions. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor hiccups.
Staying at this hotel was really great! The rooms are huge, quiet, and comfortable, beautifully decorated by Kit Kemp. The service was fantastic, with very helpful, friendly, and polite staff who made our Anniversary celebration special. The location is perfect for theater and museum enthusiasts, although it could have been a little larger. The dining experience was one of the best we've had, though a bit lukewarm at times. Overall, it was an excellent experience in a 5-star hotel in London.
The suite I stayed in was wonderful, having been designed by Kit Kemp, with an eclectic mix of items and furnishings that worked so well together. The rooms were excellent, and I really liked the decor. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, especially with all our requests and recommendations for theatre tickets. The location was very central for shopping, sightseeing, public transport, and perfect for West End theatre. The dining experience in the bar was excellent with perfectly fresh fruit, juice, pastries, and cakes. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were gorgeously appointed with a superb huge bed and luxurious bedding, and the bathroom was magnificent and pristine. The design by Kit Kemp was fantastic, creating a wonderful eclectic mix of items and furnishings that blended so well together. The service was a bit hit and miss at times but overall very attentive and professional, with a friendly touch like being invited for a drink and even given a map to save on taxi fare. The location couldn't be better, being on the Piccadilly line for easy access to Heathrow, surrounded by great restaurants in Soho, and within a seamless walk to attractions and the West End theatre. However, the dining experience, while offering great options, was a bit chaotic with staff seeming not so happy. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing rooms, convenient location, and overall great stay.
